This last Sat. my husband and I just came into
New Braunfels and called your tubes at 10 min. until 5:00. Maybe
you will remember us, we were the real dorky, unprepared senior
citizens who did not have shorts nor a bathing suit, therefore my
husband wore his blue jeans!
Anyway, we had such a wonderful time, making it
the highlight of our entire trip to Texas. I wanted to thank your
group of great people for making our last minute decision such a
memorable one. Unfortunately, I don't have names, but especially
a thanks to the driver who picked us up in front of our old
hotel/B&B, he offered us a couple drinks and packed us a
cooler!!! And the gal behind the desk who kept our shoes was
extremely nice, AND lastly the lady who drove us back to our B&B
was so pleasant, including her nephew and another lady with the
boy was also nice. Gosh, I just want to say, THANK YOU!
We are back in Florida and are telling everyone
who goes to TX to make TEXAS TUBES a stop in their vacation plan.

Greetings:
My family and I went tubing with Texas Tubes yesterday July 25, 2004
and we had a great time. Your employees were great. They treated
everyone in my family extremely well including my oldest son who is
handicap. They made sure we had what we needed for him. There are a lot
of places that would tend to be a little inhospitable towards
him. I commend all of your workers that were there yesterday
afternoon.
Thank you, Thomas

I went tubing three times last week with my family and friends. I just
want to say what a great job you are doing. I am the lady who called
many times last year wanting to know when they were going to open the
river. You're shuttle is great and your staff is very professional. I
tell everyone I know about ya'll and what amazing services you give
over and over. I hope you do really well for many years to come. And
even when your the #1 tubing company (and you will be soon) I am sure
we will all still receive the same VIP treatment. I will see you many
more times this season. Good luck to you and your staff. Thank you for
making so many people happy. Mary H. |

As the summer winds
down and the weather does not scream "GO TUBIN'" I see that I may have
taken my last float down the Comal for the season. I looked back at my
calender and see that I made 13 trips down the comal with various
groups of people. The second through 13th were all through Texas Tubes
and you were right during our first encounter. Your facility is the
class of the Comal and I did not regret taking you up on your offer to
load my kids back into that hot car and drive over to your place. I
also note that I rented 83 tubes from you. I tried like hell to hit the
100 but I remember that was the stretch goal anyway. I do know that I
blew past the original goal of 50 tubes. I do not know what portion of
these was my family and which were friends but you treated us all great
and gave us a combined $415 worth of discounts on tubes alone. That is
in combination with you, on occasion, giving our kids chips and snacks
etc. So, thanks for the VIP discount card...I might get that framed.
I wanted to write to
you and say thank you very much for the way you and all of your family
and employees treated me and my family over the summer. I looked
forward to your parking lot more than any other destination in Texas
over the last 4 months. Any time I asked my family what they wanted to
do, there was at least some votes for "Tubin down the river". Thanks
for always having the time to make sure we were taken care of. Whether
it was a cooler, extra string, ice or life jackets, we were always
ready for the water.
I hope the season
was a success for you as I saw first hand the amount of effort you put
in. I look forward to seeing you next spring.
Thanks again Colie, Dave "Mr. Stubborn" S.

I went tubin' down the Comal on Sunday and was approached by some dude
on a bike trying to get me to go to different tube rental outfit called
TexasTubes....texastubes.com. Since he GUARANTEED me I would not be
disappointed if I got back in my car and drove a few blocks, I
relented. He was right......I was happy. Parking RIGHT THERE for free.
Took us all of 4-5 minutes from parking to floating. It took 1/2 an
hour last time I went tubing. No need for a shuttle to the Comal or any
type of long walk down across a big field carrying your tubes like the
other places. Great people etc.... TexasTubes is not on Liberty Ave.
with all of the other places, it's across the river over on Meusebach
St. and you get a little longer float. If you guys float the Comal
instead of the Guadalupe any time this summer, this place is worth a
try. The website has a map. Their parking lot is on the river...
instead of driving around NB for 10 minutes looking for a spot on the
street...this was the real benefit. Please pass this recommendation to
your buddies if they are going to the Comal this summer!
